Awesome!! That shirt is so cool. O love the little tip of glue and this freezer paper technique...I'll have to give it a try sometime. (I usually just use heat n bond lite, but I'm interested to try this sometime too...)
Hey Laura, I always run out of heat-bond and that stuff it so expensive! I was so excited to find freezer paper on our summer vacation, I got 2 rolls and I finally got to use it! this stuff is AMAZING :)
I can't wait to see what you make your kids. You're already doing pretty amazing things without them, so I can't even imagine... they have a way of bringing out the best in us or draining us completely! Oh the highs and lows, but I would't trade it for anything in the world :)))
this is just brilliant! my six year old is an avid drawer and loves to draw pictures full of wonderful details like your sons. he would just die at the idea of one of his pictures being made into a t-shirt. this goes straight onto my "must make" list! (somewhere underneath the christmas sewing that is yet to be finished and the quilt that needs to be started and completed before my daughter's first birthday in january...) thank you- love it.
So sorry for the late response- I just saw this! Please let me know if you ever do a tee for your boy, I would love to see it! And thank you for taking the time to comment and passing by my little blog- so happy you liked the project and that it has inspired you.
